NO,there is not a bus trip to New York this year,However there is a proposed trip to Montreal (check the Shorts,mine got delivered today).
I will attempt to contact a beemer club in Montreal and see if we cant have a little get together while we are there.If anybody knows anybody up there let me know. |

If any YBs want to keep the memory and spirit of Fred Tausch alive there is always the Fung Wa bus to NYC.

Go to www.bmwmoa.org, click on Forums then Chartered Clubs & Local Events - BIG Gig info should be at the top. Take a train - MuriElf

hi Muriel, kind of lost on the BMWMOA site. I clicked on "MOA Forums" and don't see see the Chartered clubs. Is the Chartered Clubs link on
the main MOA home page on the left? I see that but not sure where to go from there.
.....But I did stumble on a great ongoing forum of a lad traveling south. Will post on seperate posting so as not to get away from the NYC show. |

 Muriel.....found it! To find the link in the Forums you DO
have to log in. So after setting up a username etc and logging in I found it. Time just got away from me....just realized this evening that its not next
Friday but tomorrow. This week is kind of crazy, not sure
what day of the week it is.
So here I am the night before and its too late to get the 3 day discount on Amtrak so its a bit out of my league for the cost of transport down. Don't feel like taking the bus down from Boston. Darn it all (Can I say that here?). Still would like to get down to NYC while I have winter break for another 2 wks or so.....but if I don't lets hope we're not saying the samething about: The Montreal M'cycle Show "Snooze you lose" .......... We can't wait until the last minute to book this since we have to secure hotel rooms!!! |

FWIW- Cambridge K is down there as this is gets posted.
I'd expect a complete photo essay on every last vendor from him....but at least a few YB's will be there! Can't wait for the Montreal trip V'

Did have lunch with Bubba, and a group at O'Farrell's back room. Did the show, but did not get to El Quijote - family did the day in Gotham - walking around did as all in so we farried back to Jersey around 7PM. Did not take photo - as said before - What happens in NYC stays in NYC. I can not post the Ducati , Aprillia, MV Agusta were packed with the pretty people. I did find some venders with some ideams - I might follow up on. tuffnlite.com - 10 times abrasion resistant then carbon steel - clothing that is washable, light weight. Comes from the meat packing industry cut resistant clothing. BMW would not disguss K12R Sport, 800GS was nice but had a broken sidestand 3 hours into the show 
KTM Quads where nice, and their new sports bike.
