Rob, I think a lot of the conflict here is that you (and a couple of other members) know a lot about this stuff. But most of us don't have a clue what
you're talking about. So you're kind of preaching to us in Latin. That works for the church, I suppose, but isn't very productive for making
change. This really needs to be handled by the board, and they will need your input and education to do it right. When I was on the board, we didn't get
much input and mayhap made a poor decision. We were aware of the low annual cost of operating ad free, and it was the least costly way to keep the board on
line at that time.
