I now have my ferry reservation for 7/12 at 10:15 EDT Muskegon and at 7:00 PM CDT Wisconson.
YANKEE BEEMERS PLEASE NOTE: There are several things you should know about the Lake Express. I tried to make a ROUND TRIP reservation on line and it came back SOLD OUT. I changed to "One Way" and it was NOT sold out, just more money. Also, you have to pay for the BIKE and for yourself SEPARATELY ($119.00 each way).
The 10:15 Thursday boat has space but the mid-day return on Sunday is already sold out! I had to chose from 6 am or 7 pm.
If I'm itching to leave earlier than 7 pm I can ride the long way around on Sunday morning if the Chicago traffic isn't bad then.
